DYCI ADVISORY 10 September 2026 To all DYCIans, IN-PERSON CLASSES at ALL LEVELS are SUSPENDED today, September 10, 2026, as per the directive of the Office of the President - Malacañang through Memorandum Circular No 135 in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and associated hazard.
