Removal of Incomplete (INC) grades for 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026
To all College DYCIans, Please be informed that the deadline for the removal of Incomplete (INC) grades incurred during the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 is on June 30, 2026 . Students with INC grades are advised to complete all outstanding academic requirements and/or final examinations on or before the stated deadline. Please note that if the removal process is completed after the prescribed grace period , students may still submit the required academic requirements to facilitate the completion of their grades.
