DYCI and CERCMS Continue More Than Two Decades of Computer Literacy Learning
Twenty years ago, a computer mouse was a strange little thing that had to be taught how to hold. Since then, generations of elementary pupils from Congressman Erasmo R. Cruz Memorial Central School (CERCMS) have walked through the gates of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc.
