DYCI College of Education Launches Project SIBOL to Advance Early Learning and Community Engagement
The Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. – College of Education (COED) officially launched Project SIBOL last November 12, 2025, a community-based learning initiative aimed at supporting early childhood development through structured, meaningful, and age-appropriate educational activities.
