DYCI Launches C.L.E.A.R. Track System in Partnership with NAPOLCOM

On July 15, 2025, the College of Computer Studies (CCS) of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc., under the leadership of Ms. Mary Ann Lim, Vice President for Operations and Dean of CCS, officially launched the C.L.E.A.R. Track System in collaboration with the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Region III Office. The C.L.E.A.R.
