The College of Education (COEd) of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. is dedicated to shaping future educators through quality instruction, values formation, and outcomes-based teacher education. Grounded in academic excellence and guided by the mission to develop God-centered individuals, COEd equips students with the pedagogical knowledge, classroom skills, and professional ethics essential for effective teaching. The department is recognized for its active engagement in teaching demonstrations, educational research, and community-based learning initiatives, as well as its commitment to preparing graduates for the Professional Regulation Commission Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). Through practice teaching, seminars, and academic collaborations, COEd continues to produce competent, compassionate, and globally competitive educators ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of education.

    Focused preparation for the Licensure Examination for Teachers, with results above the national passing rate.

    Practice Teaching & Pedagogy

    Teaching demonstrations, classroom immersion, and practice teaching with experienced mentors in elementary and secondary education.

    Educational Research

    Future teachers present their studies at events like the Research Powow and its Research Gallery Walk.

    Community-Based Learning

    Project SIBOL supports early childhood development in the community through structured, age-appropriate learning.

  • 94.12% BSED and 87.50% BEED first-time passing rates in the March 2026 BLEPT, against national rates of 72.62% and 51.04%.
  • 100% BSED passing rate (18 of 18) in the March 2025 LET, against a national average of 62.27%.
  • PACUCOA Level II Second Reaccredited Bachelor of Secondary Education, with Bachelor of Elementary Education at Level I.
  • ISO 9001:2015 certified College Department since March 2023.
