Grade 9

Program Overview

Grade 9 is an important stage for students to deepen their knowledge while beginning to think more seriously about their interests, strengths, and future direction. Learning at Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. (DYCI) encourages students to analyse information, explore solutions, communicate ideas, and connect academic concepts with meaningful situations. As expectations increase, students are given greater responsibility for managing their learning and contributing to collaborative work. These experiences help Grade 9 learners develop the academic readiness, maturity, adaptability, and confidence they will need as they approach Senior High School.
